A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us. Prices are shown per person in the currency indicated on each tour page and may be subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

Each tour states its own cancellation policy. Unless otherwise noted, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund. Within 24 hours we may offer rescheduling subject to availability.

Guests are expected to follow the reasonable instructions of their guide and any rules of the venues visited. We reserve the right to end a tour for any guest whose behaviour endangers others, without refund.

Our tours are operated with care by licensed guides. This placeholder text does not constitute the final terms and will be replaced by a reviewed version before launch.
